BY SEA

From Long Island Sound, SW of Great Captains Island, proceed between Bluefish Shoal (to port) marker R"36"Bell and Fourfoot Rocks (to starb.) marker RB"C" ; to (approx.due north from R"36") Great Captains Rocks marker RN"2"(to starb.) and Manursing Island Reef marker C"1"(to port). Approach to harbor breakwater leaving RFl 4sec. light to starb. Inside breakwater approach GFl 4sec.light and look to port for entrance to TMYB channel markers. Follow TMYB channel markers SW to Tide Mill Yacht Basin.

BY LAND

Exit 19, I-95, Playland Parkway, to 3rd. light at Forest Ave., turn left onto Forest, proceed to 2nd light at Grace Church Street, turn right on Grace Church St., one block to KIRBY LANE, turn right on KIRBY LANE, 1/2 mile to Tide Mill Yacht Basin on the left (191 Kirby Lane). From I-287, take I-95 South exit and follow above directions.
